Position: PGT – Accounts Teacher

Location: PP International School, Pitampura

Department: Commerce

Reports To: Head of Department / Principal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Accounts Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and practical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Accountancy to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments aligned with board requirements.

• Maintain student performance records and prepare them for board examinations.

• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.

• Integrate real-life examples and case studies to make concepts clear.

• Participate in departmental meetings, school functions, and parent-teacher interactions.

• Ensure discipline and positive learning environment in the classroom.

• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and modern teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Accountancy with B.Ed. (mandatory).

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred).

• Strong command over accounting principles, financial statements, and business concepts.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Familiarity with digital teaching tools will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
