PG EXECUTIVE

As a candidate for the position of Property Manager in Vadodara, your role will involve filling the vacant properties and ensuring effective management of various tasks related to rental properties. Your key responsibilities will include: - Good communication skills and computer literacy are essential for effective digital marketing. - Managing the collection of monthly rentals promptly. - Handling light bills, taxes, and maintenance tasks in a timely manner. - Regular meetings with PG members to address any concerns or issues. - Leading and managing the housekeeping staff and junior level employees effectively. - Strict adherence to company policies and procedures. - Regular correspondence with tenants to maintain a good relationship. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with neighbors and the surrounding community of all PG properties. In addition, the job requires you to work from 10.00 am to 7.30 PM, with a schedule of 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays as per the requirement. Possession of a two-wheeler and valid licenses is mandatory. Moreover, certain physical attributes are necessary for this role, including a height of 5'5"+ and a weight of 70+ kg.
