Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shift operations for Kiln & Coal Mill as Shift In-Charge
  • Drive plant optimization and stabilization initiatives
  • Manage daily production booking and reporting
  • Plan and execute shutdown activities efficiently
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth functioning
  • Support production planning and budgeting processes

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in cement plant operations (Kiln, Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Cement Mill)
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and process control
  • Expertise in shutdown planning and site troubleshooting
