Pet Nutrition (Veterinary) Internship

As an Intern at our organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating balanced and breed-appropriate diet charts for dogs and cats. These diet charts will be based on factors such as age, weight, health condition, and lifestyle. You will also be assisting pet parents in setting up feeding schedules, recommending supplements, and providing care instructions. This assistance is especially crucial during the initial weeks post-adoption. Your role will include supporting in the early detection of common issues like digestion problems, food allergies, or lack of appetite in pets. Based on your observations, you will advise on initial steps to be taken or recommend veterinary care when necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the customer experience team to maintain communication with pet parents. This collaboration aims to ensure that their concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly. One of your key tasks will be to simplify pet care for first-time pet parents. You will provide clear, friendly, and actionable advice to make the process of caring for their pets easier and more understandable.
