Pest control Supervisor

• Supervise pest control operators and ensure daily service schedules are completed on time.
• Assign service routes, monitor technician performance, and resolve on-site issues.
• Inspect sites periodically to ensure treatments are done as per safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper usage of chemicals, equipment, and safety gear by team members.
• Coordinate with back office for scheduling, complaints, and client requirements.
• Train and guide technicians on updated pest control methods and customer handling.
• Maintain records of service reports, attendance, overtime, and inventory.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance and submit to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
