Coordinate with back office for scheduling, complaints, and client requirements. Train and guide technicians on updated pest control methods and customer handling. Maintain records of service reports, attendance, overtime, and inventory. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick resolutions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance and submit to management.
