Job Title: Personal Secretary to Founder & MD
Location: Faridabad - Travel RequiredType: Full-Time, In-PersonStart Date: August, 2025About the RoleThis isn’t your usual 9-to-5 assistant job.We’re building something exciting from the ground up and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to be part of that from day one. Our founder is launching a multi-domain startup that blends luxury, creativity, and hustle. The businesses include:A smart, content-driven digital marketing agencyA premium used sports & luxury bike ventureAnd a high-end import business for luxury accessories like watches, designer pieces, rare items for celebrities and rising artists.This role is for someone who’s comfortable switching gears from helping with a client meeting to flying out to check on a bike deal, or assisting with sourcing a limited edition item for an A list client. Sometimes, that also means attending events or social gatherings with the founder always as someone trusted, reliable, and presentable.What You'll Be DoingOrganizing the founder’s calendar, travels, meetings, and day-to-day plans.Helping run things smoothly across all three business verticals.Being involved in hiring, vendor talks, and handling both local and international logistics.Traveling frequently, whether it’s for a business meeting, client drop-off, or a casual visit to a showroom.Helping with personal errands and tasks when needed.Being the founder’s go-to person for anything that needs to get done, big or small.Joining the founder at events, client meetups, or informal gatherings when needed.Keeping things confidential and always being a step ahead.Who You AreOrganized but flexible, you know how to plan, but you also know how to adaptFriendly, approachable, and professional in front of clientsDiscreet you understand the value of privacy and trustGood with people and good with pressureInterested in luxury, lifestyle, and the behind-the-scenes of running a modern businessSomeone who enjoys working closely with one person and being part of their day-to-day worldComfortable with odd hours, quick decisions, and the occasional late-night plan changeGood to HaveExperience as a personal or executive assistantInterest in marketing, luxury products, or high-end automobilesFamiliarity with travel booking, online tools, and communication appsBasic knowledge of how small businesses or startups operatePerks of the JobBe part of something from day one real growth, not just a titleWork closely with the founder and learn the ins and outs of building something newAccess to luxury events, travel, and premium networksA work life that’s dynamic, fast, and never boringCompetitive salary + room to grow as the company growsNote: This role works best for someone who’s genuinely aligned with the founder’s pace, energy, and mindset.
