Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Personality Development Trainer to conduct interactive sessions for our students. The ideal candidate is passionate about guiding youth, improving their self-confidence, and nurturing essential life skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily sessions on personality development, communication skills, grooming, body language, and time management.
• Use activities, real-life scenarios, and role-play to make learning engaging.
• Track individual progress and provide constructive feedback to help students grow.
• Encourage confidence, motivation, and overall personal growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in training/teaching or counseling preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage students interactively.
• Must reside in Surat or nearby areas.

Working Hours:

• Part-time: 2 hours daily (Monday to Saturday)
• Sunday off

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise)
