Personal Trainer

Job Title: Personal Trainer Location: Multifit Salem Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Group Instructor & Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging group fitness sessions and providing personalized training programs to clients. You should have a strong foundation in exercise science, functional training, and client motivation to ensure effective and safe workouts. Key Responsibilities: Group Training: Design and lead dynamic group fitness classes (HIIT, Strength Training, Functional Workouts, etc.). Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during group sessions. Keep members engaged and motivated while maintaining a high-energy environment. Personal Training: Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized workout plans based on client goals. Provide one-on-one coaching , ensuring progress tracking and proper exercise execution. Offer basic nutritional guidance to complement fitness programs. Client Engagement & Professionalism: Build strong relationships with members to drive client retention . Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating environment. Stay updated with industry trends and certifications to provide high-quality training. Requirements: Certification in Personal Training / Group Fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). Proven experience in conducting group classes and personal training . Strong knowledge of exercise science, functional fitness, and injury prevention . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).
