Program Design: Develop customized fitness plans including strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training, ensuring progress tracking and goal setting. Client Assessment: Perform initial fitness assessments, track progress, and adjust training plans as necessary. Motivation & Support: Keep clients motivated, accountable, and engaged by encouraging them to push their limits while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Group Class Instruction: Lead or assist with group fitness classes when required. Health & Wellness Guidance: Advise clients on proper nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery. Customer Service: Build strong, positive relationships with clients, providing excellent service and ensuring high client satisfaction. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the gym equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use. Maintain high standards of gym hygiene and safety protocols. Continual Learning: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, certifications, and techniques to improve service delivery.
