Personal Shopper

As a Personal Shopper, your role involves providing expert advice and delivering personalized customer service to individual shoppers. You will be responsible for motivating customers to visit the store regularly, guiding them through the shopping experience, and maintaining strong relationships before, during, and after the sale. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate customers to visit the store and make frequent purchases through various communication channels - Guide clients to products and services that suit their needs and desires based on current fashion trends and customized buying preferences - Provide exceptional customer service as a single point of contact, ensuring follow-up, follow-through, and commitment fulfillment - Contribute to sales growth by suggestive selling, upselling, and increasing the Item per ticket and Average Bill Value - Educate non-members about membership programs and drive black card enrollments Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Dynamic and vibrant personality - Knowledge of or interest in fashion trends - High customer orientation and excellent selling skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs - Minimum 12th Pass; a degree in Fashion, Retail, Aviation, Hospitality, or related industry is preferred,
