Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a senior professional in both professional and personal spheres. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that goes beyond typical office work and requires flexibility, confidentiality, and a high degree of personal involvement. Key Responsibilities: ·      Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently ·      Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately ·      Take comprehensive notes and minutes during meetings ·      Assist with daily time management, ensuring optimal use of time ·      Handle errands and tasks as needed, maintaining discretion and professionalism ·      Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and local transport ·      Accompany the Boss for outstation travel, client meetings, and events ·      Provide logistical and personal support during travel, meetings, and social gatherings ·      Be available beyond standard working hours based on the requirements of the day or event ·      Maintain a professional appearance, adapting to the dress code as required by different settings ·      Serve as a dependable support presence for both professional and personal engagements Ideal Candidate: ·      Strong organizational and communication skills ·      Ability to handle confidential information with integrity ·      Willingness to travel and be available during extended hours when needed ·      Comfortable in formal and social settings ·      Well-presented and adaptable in Western/formal dress codes ·      Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
