About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Chairman in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and coordination. The role demands confidentiality, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Liaise with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Handle office administration and follow-ups on key tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English is mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work with discretion, patience, and professionalism.

Graduate degree preferred; MBA or relevant qualification is an advantage.
