We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to [Executive/Manager/Director]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents.
Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate personal and professional tasks, including errands when necessary.
Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in event planning and coordination.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
