Job Summary:

The Personal Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and offering suitable products or solutions. The role focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and cross-selling of services or products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction.
• Update CRM systems with customer interactions and outcomes.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Cross-sell or upsell relevant products to existing customers.
• Achieve customer service and sales targets as set by the management.
• Ensure complete customer documentation and adherence to company policies.
