Job Summary: We are seeking a well-spoken, proactive, and adaptable Personal Secretary cum Office Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a quick learner, and demonstrate the ability to handle assignments efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office administration and housekeeping tasks. Prepare, format, and edit documents in MS Word and Excel. Conduct online research and prepare comparative quotations. Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and other secretarial tasks. Support both office and basic household administration when required. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Work Location: Ballard Estate, Mumbai — conveniently located 5 minutes from VT/CST station.
