Job Description

Position: Personal / Executive Assistant & Secretary

A highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive professional responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and executive support to senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage sensitive information, political engagements, and high-level tasks with professionalism.

Experience: 5+ Years in Executive Assistance, Secretarial Support, or Senior Administrative Roles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide full secretarial and administrative support

    , including drafting correspondence, managing documentation, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  2. Manage complex calendars

    , schedule appointments, arrange travel itineraries, and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact

    between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information

    with absolute discretion and integrity.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and briefing materials

    with accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events

    , ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are efficiently managed.
  7. Support political or public-facing engagements

    , handling communication, coordination, and scheduling related to political meetings or events (if applicable).
  8. Conduct research, compile information, and prepare summaries

    to support executive decision-making.
  9. Oversee office administration

    , ensuring smooth operations, timely documentation, and effective workflow management.
  10. Manage personal tasks and household coordination

    for the executive when required.
  11. Engage with government officials, political representatives, and VIP stakeholders

    in a professional and courteous manner.
  12. Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and perform regular follow-ups

    on all pending tasks and commitments.
  13. Support basic financial administration

Skills & Qualifications

    as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure or fast-paced tasks.
  • Experience in political, government, or public-sector environments is an advantage.
