As a full-time hybrid Personal Coach at SOCH Business Mentors LLP in Surat, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to our family business transformation projects. We are seeking individuals who possess the ability to actively listen to clients, comprehend their challenges, and pose pertinent questions that drive meaningful progress. In this role, we prioritize individuals who can differentiate their personal inclinations from what is truly in the best interest of the client. While we are not seeking perfection or infallibility, we value coaches who can maintain a client-centric approach and prioritize the client's objectives above all else. Key Qualifications: - Prior experience in coaching individuals, particularly business owners, is essential. - Outstanding communication skills that enable effective engagement with clients. - Demonstrated ability to inspire transformative change within clients. - Possession of certification in Personal Coaching or a related field. - Previous experience working with family businesses is considered advantageous and will be positively regarded.
