As a Personal Coach at Maxburn, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized fitness programs tailored to clients" goals, abilities, and medical histories. You will conduct one-on-one training sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm, monitor and evaluate client progress, provide feedback and adjustments as needed, and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and injury prevention. It will be your duty to maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring equipment is used correctly and sanitized regularly. Staying updated on fitness trends and certifications to provide high-quality training is essential, and collaboration with the studio team to promote classes, workshops, and events is expected. To be considered for this role, you must possess a certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM) and have proven experience as a personal trainer (2+ years preferred). A strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition is required, along with excellent communication and motivational skills. CPR/AED certification is preferred or must be obtained within 3 months. Being energetic, approachable, and passionate about fitness and wellness is key to succeeding in this position.
