Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional South Indian dishes for a private residence in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Your main role will involve cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner focusing purely on South Indian cuisine, while also accommodating family preferences and dietary requirements. It is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, manage grocery shopping based on family guidance, and prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Occasionally, you may need to make snacks, tiffin items, or special dishes upon request. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare daily meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a focus on South Indian cuisine. - Plan menus according to family preferences and dietary needs. - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. - Manage grocery shopping based on family guidance. - Cook a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes. - Occasionally prepare snacks, tiffin items, or special dishes as requested. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a chef/cook specializing in South Indian cuisine (home or professional). - Knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients specific to Tamil Nadu and other southern states. - Ability to adjust spice levels according to family preferences. - Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and cleanliness. - Preference for candidates willing to stay full-time (accommodation can be discussed). - Local candidates or those open to relocating to Erode are preferred.,
