Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive the employer to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.
Ensure safe and responsible driving, following all traffic rules and regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
Regularly check and maintain vehicle condition—fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, and overall performance.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Keep track of mileage, fuel usage, tolls, parking receipts, and other travel-related expenses.
Assist with loading/unloading items, luggage, or shopping bags.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the employer at all times.
Be punctual, reliable, and available for overtime or outstation travel when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal or corporate driver.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic rules, and alternate routes.
Ability to drive safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
Good communication skills and polite behavior.
Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed.
Trustworthy, dependable, and disciplined.
