Acquire CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
Cross-sell banking & wealth products to build a strong liability base and revenue pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Source new clients from branch catchment areas and through market mapping.
Ensure activation of accounts (e.g. zero balance, UPI linking, mobile banking).
Cross-sell multiple banking products like:
Life & general insurance
Mutual Funds / SIPs
Loans & credit cards
Grow wallet share of each customer and deepen relationships.
Drive digital product adoption and customer onboarding through the banks app & platforms.
