2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare business reports, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.

Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

Organize and assist in meetings, reviews, and corporate events.

Track tasks, deadlines, and action points on behalf of the Director.

Liaise with department heads for updates and ensure timely execution of directives.

Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

3. JOB SPECIFICATION - KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

Education : MBA (Preferred in HR / Administration / General Management)

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal/Executive Assistant to Senior Management or Director.
