Job Description

We are hiring for Personal Assistant

Location – ponnamallae

Salary – 2.4 LPA to 4.8 LPA

Experience – Fresher also can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and confidentially.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential information.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Manage expenses, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
Assist in planning and coordinating personal or office events.
Perform ad hoc duties as required by the executive.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
