Personal Assistant To The CEO in Mumbai

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful personal assistant to the CEO who can manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide administrative and strategic support. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As the personal assistant, you will work closely with the CEO to streamline operations, ensure timely follow-ups, and assist in managing professional and personal commitments. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, self-driven, and eager to learn directly from top-level management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required.
• Assist with research, reports, and presentations.
• Organize and manage documents, files, and confidential information.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively provide solutions.
