Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director (MD)

You will be working as a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director in Ludhiana within the Automobile Manufacturing industry. Your salary will range from 35,000 to 40,000 INR, negotiable based on your experience and skills. As the PA, your role will involve being the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and both internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will be expected to draft, review, and handle various correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents. Monitoring and coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and daily tasks will also be part of your duties. Safeguarding confidential documents and ensuring their security will be crucial. Additionally, you will be required to prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of MIS reports and business performance data. Liaising with senior-level internal and external stakeholders will also be essential. Managing emails and other communications on behalf of the MD will be part of your daily tasks. Proficiency in MIS Reporting and MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required for this position. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in English, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
