Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Jaipur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and supporting executive-level operations efficiently.

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Diary Management and Clerical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
