About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and sharp individual to work directly with leadership as a Personal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn how businesses are built from the inside out. The role demands a high level of ownership, multitasking ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and task follow-ups for leadership
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely actions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs as required
• Handle communication, documentation, and travel arrangements
• Support business operations, event planning, and execution of key initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure high levels of professionalism at all times

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy (Google Suite, MS Office, task/project management tools)
• Proactive problem solver with strong follow-up discipline
• Mature, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
