Personal Assistant Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic PA Intern to assist the Founder at Sofodel. This internship offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at how a fast-growing tech and marketing company is run, with opportunities to contribute directly to decision-making, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Founder with daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Help manage communications (emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate tasks between internal teams and clients
• Conduct basic research and prepare summaries or presentations
• Handle documentation, proposals, and reporting
• Support in project tracking and task reminders
• Attend meetings and note action points

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Highly organized, trustworthy, and quick learner
• Interest in startups, digital marketing, or tech
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
