Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Thrissur. The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide executive support, manage diaries, handle communication, and perform clerical duties. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills and ability to manage diaries
• Clerical Skills including organizing, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
