Job Description

You will be working as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Infopark, Kochi. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting the General Manager in daily operations and administrative functions. - Managing and organizing the GM's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handling emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the GM. - Monitoring and managing contract renewals, vendor agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). - Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks. - Supporting digital marketing initiatives, including lead tracking, coordination, and performance reporting. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. - Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities efficiently.
