Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support< including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills are a must
  • Handle any personal tasks and errands for the director with utmost discretion
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondance, reports,and presentations.
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Word and Excel is essential
  • Serve as the primary pointof contact for both internal and external stakeholdsers on behalf of the director.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Personal assistant: 2 years (Required)
