Personal Assistant

We need a personal assistant to handle many different tasks involved in the early stage of growing this brand.

Following duties are involved :

1. Improving the website design and development
2. Crafting a marketing strategy
3. Getting leads and customers for the brand
4. Working closely with the founder to achieve goals
5. Role involves sales and business development
6. Many other small things that can come up on the go
7. Helping the founder to scale the brand and develop it well

Here is the offer for you :

1. Direct 30% commission from the sales in the phase 1 (phase 2 later)
2. No fixed salary is involved
3. Certain percentage of equity will be handed over as direct cash
4. More incentives if you cross the target sales and work with sincerity and honesty
5. Chance to become a co-founder if we get along well together over a period of few months

What am I looking for in an ideal person

1. Deep passion for mental health, loneliness and psychology
2. Deep interest in philosophy and spirituality
3. A genuine empath and lover of the soft qualities in a man or woman
4. Thinker and Curious by nature
5. Must be at least a graduate and lover of reading books or blogs
6. Great command over English language and excellent writing skills
