Job Description

Role & responsibilities Managing permit applications and coordinating with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Streamlined the permit process by maintaining comprehensive documentation, tracking submission deadlines, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders. Resolved permit-related issues efficiently, minimizing project delays and ensuring smooth project progression. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive). Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is desirable. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect. Willing to work in night shift (IST 9 PM TO 6AM)
