Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and a passion for ensuring applications perform optimally under various load conditions.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance test plans and scripts for various applications
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance testing aligns with project timelines
Monitor application performance in production and identify any issues that arise post-deployment

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in performance testing and load testing
Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Java, Python) for test automation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
Knowledge of application architecture and web technologies (HTTP, REST, SOAP)
Ability to analyze performance metrics and logs to troubleshoot issues
