Performance Testing

Role Overview: Hitachi Solutions India Private Limited, a core IT Company of the Hitachi Group, is looking for a Performance Testing Engineer with expertise in Loadrunner, Jmeter, and Microsoft Dynamics d365 Technology. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing business scenarios, designing test scripts, executing performance tests, identifying bottlenecks, and preparing test reports. This role requires a strong understanding of non-functional requirements and the ability to interpret test results effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing business scenarios and understanding non-functional requirements - Evaluating the objectives of the service level agreement - Designing test scripts and identifying parameters for testing - Establishing checkpoints and designing workload models - Executing performance tests and using consistent metrics for monitoring - Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting performance tuning - Preparing comprehensive test reports Qualifications: - Demonstrated capability to drive out Test Strategies in a global organization - Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture and concepts - Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results - Experienced in working on Linux/Unix systems - At least 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing - Minimum 4 years of expertise in HP LoadRunner & JMeter - Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Technology d365 (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description) Experience: 7 to 10 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore (Note: Beware of scams - All legitimate communication will be from @hitachisolutions.com domain email address),
