As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing business scenarios, understanding non-functional requirements, and designing test scripts using tools such as Loadrunner, Jmeter, and Microsoft Dynamics d365 Technology. You will work on evaluating service level agreements, establishing checkpoints, and identifying parameters for testing to ensure optimal performance of systems. Additionally, you will execute performance tests, analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide suggestions for performance tuning. To be successful in this role, you should have a demonstrated capability to drive Test Strategies in a global organization, oversee testing team activities, and ensure adherence to best practices. You should possess a strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture, knowledge of JVM tuning, and experience working with Linux/Unix systems. With at least 7 years of experience in Performance Testing, including expertise in HP LoadRunner & JMeter and familiarity with Microsoft Technology d365, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems. This position requires a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience, an immediate joining availability, and the flexibility to work in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore.
