Performance Testing

You should have 7-15 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering. You must be proficient in JMeter and custom coding, with good knowledge in Java/Python programming. In-depth knowledge of the performance engineering process and different types of tests, including load, stress, endurance, stability, and resiliency tests is required. Expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, workload model design, Test case design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management is essential. You should have good experience in gathering Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) from scratch for a performance testing project and the ability to understand hardware and software architecture. Excellent skill in scripting, design, and execution of Non-Functional tests using JMeter, with knowledge of various protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Rest, Queues, Web Services, and asynchronous requests is a must. Experience in API performance testing and system performance monitoring using APM tools like AppDynamics and DataDog is required. Experience with Agile/DevOps performance engineering methodology is preferred. Knowledge of Frontend Performance testing and experience in leading a team or mentoring junior resources is a plus. Being a good team player with excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders is essential for this role. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The location is remote, but if selected, you will need to collect the laptop in Bangalore or the Chandigarh office. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.,
