Job Description

Job Title: Performance Tester (B2)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests for APIs, data pipelines, and applications.
Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, and Azure Load Testing to simulate real-world scenarios.
Analyze test results to identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
Define performance benchmarks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Monitor system health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and dashboards.
Collaborate with dev and infra teams to resolve performance issues and report findings.

Required Skills:

Hands-on with JMeter, LoadRunner, Azure Load Testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools and performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).

Preferred:

Experience testing data pipelines and lakehouse architectures.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, DevOps Engineer).
