Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of applications through robust performance validation. The role requires expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner , cloud technologies, and working in complex IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for performance testing. Validate application performance across various web technologies, understanding infrastructure, networking, and architecture. Work with cloud solutions ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud ) for 1-2 years, including cloud migration projects. Conduct performance testing using web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols . Perform SAP performance validation to ensure seamless system operations. Collaborate with teams in large data centers, coordinating with Network, Storage, and Server Infrastructure teams. Work efficiently in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural, and virtual environments. Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring productivity across all organizational levels. Identify critical performance issues and escalate matters for necessary ITS leadership review and approval. Stay self-motivated and proactive in identifying performance risks and solutions.
