Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using Apache JMeter.
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization solutions.
• Use APM tools to monitor application performance, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot production or performance-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for performance bottlenecks and application failures.
• Analyze heap dumps and thread dumps to identify memory leaks, thread contention, deadlocks, and other performance issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application support teams to resolve performance-related concerns.
• Prepare performance test reports, document findings, and provide recommendations for improving system stability and scalability.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 - 13 years of relevant experience in Performance Test Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and application performance monitoring tools.
• Practical experience in RCA, heap dump analysis, and thread dump analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
