Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Engineer (QA) with 3-5 years of experience in

performance and automation testing. The role involves designing and executing performance test plans,

optimizing system efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality,

scalable applications.

Navi Mumbai Airoli (On-site)

Experience Required:

3 - 5 years

Must Haves:

- Proven experience in Performance Testing with JMeter

Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and performance analysis

- Working knowledge of Jenkins, Postman, and UI Path

- Strong understanding of SQL and database performance validation

- Ability to interpret performance metrics and troubleshoot issues effectively

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter

- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for web and API-based applications

- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations

- Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and UI Path

- Utilize Postman for API validation and automation

- Perform SQL-based backend validation and support data integrity checks

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure performance standards are met
