Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Micro Focus LoadRunner
Validate application performance across various web technologies, understanding infrastructure, networking, and architecture.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols
Perform SAP performance validation to ensure seamless system operations.
Network, Storage, and Server Infrastructure
Work efficiently in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural, and virtual environments.
Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring productivity across all organizational levels.
Identify critical performance issues and escalate matters for necessary ITS leadership review and approval.
Stay self-motivated and proactive in identifying performance risks and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Micro Focus LoadRunner
Strong understanding of web technologies, networking, and application infrastructure.
1-2 years of experience with cloud solutions and cloud migration efforts.
web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols
SAP performance validation
Ability to work in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for performance risks and improvement opportunities.
