Performance Systems Manager

In this role as a Performance Systems Manager at The All India Football Federation (AIFF), you will report directly to the Technical Director and be instrumental in raising the performance standards across all levels of football in India. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce cutting-edge programs and software solutions to improve player and team performance, in alignment with the overall technical and development strategies for Indian football. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead performance support for national teams and player development programs - Develop and execute performance enhancement strategies in line with AIFF objectives - Oversee integration of advanced software solutions for player and team optimization - Collaborate with the Technical Director and Head of Player Development for strategic alignment - Implement the Football Pathways Plan using performance systems for transformative change - Conduct regular assessments to monitor the effectiveness of performance support programs - Provide guidance to clubs for enhancing performance support provision - Stay updated on trends in performance systems, sports science, and technology for continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Solid understanding of performance systems and software solutions for data analysis - Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field preferred - Previous experience in performance support roles within the sports industry, particularly in football, advantageous - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions - Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills for team collaboration - Passion for football and dedication to driving excellence in Indian football development,
