Performance Reporting

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for various tasks related to fund performance presentation materials and investor reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials for investor reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Generating backend excel support documents from internal portfolio management systems for updating materials. - Validating fund data against internal portfolio management systems and highlighting differences and discrepancies. - Aggregating and analyzing relevant data such as historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes, and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios. - Analyzing performance attribution data across funds in the financial markets environment to understand its impact on returns. - Ensuring the best standards of formatting to present material in a clear and digestible format. - Addressing any legal or compliance-related comments during the review process. - Preparing visually appealing and professional presentations with investors" readability and accessibility in mind. - Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants. - Identifying and implementing efficiencies in the marketing materials process by continuously assessing areas for improvement. - Reviewing tasks performed by juniors, planning workflow deliverables, and handling client communication. - Overall project management, including service delivery, stakeholder management, and quality control.
