About the Role

We're hiring a performance marketer who thrives on launching high-performance lead-gen campaigns for customers across real estate, wealth, edtech, and more. This is not a Revspot brand marketing role - this is about executing client campaigns that generate results.

You'll own campaign strategy, build media plans, define hooks, and work with the creative team to produce strong visual + video assets. You'll launch campaigns across Meta, Google, and WhatsApp, then optimize like hell. The goal Get our clients leads that convert. Fast.

What You'll Do

  • Translate ICP briefs into high-converting lead-gen campaigns
  • Own the full strategy across Meta + Google + WhatsApp
  • Write campaign hooks, primary text, headlines, and lead forms
  • Define creative direction and collaborate with designers + editors for asset creation
  • Launch campaigns via Meta Lead Forms + Google Lead Gen + WhatsApp integrations
  • Analyze CTRs, CPLs, CPQLs, and constantly test + scale winners
  • Build and document campaign playbooks for repeatable execution

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in performance marketing for lead gen (real estate, wealth, fintech, etc.)
  • Proven experience launching campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp API-based outreach and lead flows
  • Sharp eye for thumbstop creative hooks, ad copy, and CTA flow
  • Comfortable briefing and reviewing creative/video output, but owning the strategic direction
  • Solid grasp of campaign metrics, targeting, and funnel troubleshooting
  • Obsessive about conversion, speed, and experimentation

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp integrations
  • ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Analytics
  • Collaboration tools: Canva, HeyGen, Veo, Midjourney (through team)
