Utilizing advanced AI tools, you will blend marketing instinct, creative craft, and generative AI to create ads that not only visually appeal but also drive conversions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video ads and static creatives with a focus on driving measurable performance. - Utilize a variety of tools such as Veo 2, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Kaiber, and others to transform ideas into cinematic assets. - Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align creative direction with campaign strategy. - Edit, grade, and finish ad videos optimized for Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels. - Experiment with new visual formats, hooks, and creative frameworks to enhance Click-Through Rates (CTRs) and conversions. - Contribute to documenting best practices and creative playbooks to scale future campaigns effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 02 years of experience in video editing, ad-film creation, or creative production, preferably in an agency or in-house setting. - Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including consumer psychology, hooks, and visual persuasion. - Proficiency in storytelling for video and static formats, encompassing pacing, sound, composition, and emotional rhythm. - Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and the ability to leverage multiple platforms to bring creative ideas to life. - Bonus points for experience in real estate, fintech, luxury, interiors, or consumer tech campaigns. - Additional advantage if you have worked with creative agencies or performance marketing teams previously.
