Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketingstrategy to drive business growth.Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaignsacross multiple platforms.Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels whileensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIsthrough paid, organic, and owned media.Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improveperformance.Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnelconversion, and present results regularly.ExperienceMaximum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performancemarketing.Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisitionprograms in an online business environment.Experience in media planning and execution across multiple onlinechannels.SkillsStrong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics,campaign performance, and ROI.Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across:o Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platformso Ad Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix,AdChakra)o DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)o Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)o Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scalestrategies effectively.
