Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, your main responsibility will be to drive efficient conversion and booking growth through various digital performance channels. You will be in charge of daily reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), crafting compelling ad copy, staying updated on industry trends, monitoring web analytics, and evaluating search performance. Key Responsibilities: - Execute spend and campaigns across digital performance channels such as display, PPC, and affiliates to drive efficient conversion and booking growth. - Generate daily reports of KPIs to identify growth opportunities and issues. - Develop engaging ad copy to enhance campaign conversion rates. - Stay updated with search engine and PPC industry trends and advancements. - Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools to highlight significant areas in alignment with customer goals. - Assess search results and search performance across major search channels. Qualification Required: - 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Creative and experimental mindset. - Strong project management skills. - Effective communication abilities. - Experience with meta ads. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position which also offers a yearly bonus. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English is required.
