If you’ve handled high-performing campaigns on Meta and Google and understand how digital strategy connects with sales, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Run Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns focused on lead generation Optimize for lead quality, CPL and ROI Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-booking conversions Track performance and build clear, actionable reports Set up WhatsApp flows, landing page journeys and A/B testing Explore new platforms, tools and formats to improve results What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience or wanting to make a career in performance marketing Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Analytical mindset with an eye for results Someone who thinks strategically but can execute quickly Experience in real estate is a plus Ready to take this forward?
